Pricing... Plain and Simple

All prices are based on package size only and are not
determined by the type of event, the size of the venue,
or the number of people at the event.

$100 non-refundable security deposit required

Standard Package - wedding receptions, most party venues, most outdoor locations, or background music for special occasions
More than sufficient for 95% of all wedding reception venues
$700 for up to 4 hours
(includes $100 deposit, $600 due at time of event)

Additional hours - $100 each

**NOTE:  Prices are for actual performance time.
There is no extra charge for setup and breakdown time.

Events outside of Central Alabama area
(greater than 50 miles from office in Greenville, AL.) -
Add $50 travel expenses for every 50 miles over 50
*A $100 lodging allowance is added for every 200 miles

**HOLIDAY NOTE:  An additional fee of $100 will be added to the total for events scheduled for the following holidays: Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and New Year's Eve
(No events will be scheduled for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day)

Wedding Extras

Ceremony Music and/or Microphones
can also be provided if needed.  A separate setup will be used if sound equipment is not available.  This includes handhelds for singers and a headset microphone for the officiant.
* Important: Do not include Ceremony time in with Reception time on the quote.  The 4 hour time frame is for the reception.  The ceremony is a separate fee and is not charged as overtime.
Ceremony at the same address as the reception - $100
Ceremony at a different address than the reception - $150

Ceremony Rehearsal    (if date is available)
Although participation in the ceremony rehearsal is usually not necessary, the music setup can be provided during the rehearsal if desired.  Please note that rehearsal attendance will be based on rehearsal date availability and is not automatically included in the above ceremony music add-on.

$250 if the venue is more than 100 miles from Greenville.  (This includes a $100 lodging allowance since I will spend the night and not drive back home between the rehearsal and wedding.)
